If you can only think about the body in terms of what the standard fitness world tells you to do you will probably never understand how to get your body in great shape and keep it there throughout your life. Body Sustainability concepts teach you to organize your structure first. Make sure all your body parts are well aligned and free to fully do all the tasks that each part is capable of for maintaining the whole. What’s the point in making your body strong and hard if all your body parts are misaligned without their full range of motion? What’s the point of training muscles if none of them are well aligned and firing properly? You must think through what your body needs to maintain itself as good as you can get it before you add on any high or low intensity physical training. You need to develop body smarts and then choose whatever form of fitness you would like to do. Stop thinking fitness and think wellness and sustainability when it comes to your body.
